Calvin F. Miller (1880-1948) – Retired Funeral Director

CALVIN F. MILLER

Calvin F. Miller, age 67 years, a retired funeral director, died at the home of his son, Dr. Lester Miller, in Bethlehem on Saturday.

Mr. Miller was a native of Lykens Township, Dauphin County, and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Miller.  A resident of Gratz early in life, he later became a funeral director in Valley View, and had been a resident of Bethlehem the past twenty years.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ella [Geist] Miller; one daughter, Mildred Miller; and two sons, Clair Miller and Dr. Lester Miller, all of Bethlehem.  Other survivors are five grandchildren, and three brothers, H. E. Miller, of Valley View; Charles Miller, Dalmatia; and John Miller, of Gratz.

Funeral services were held from the home of his son, Dr. Lester Miller, in Bethlehem, Wednesday morning.  Interment was made in the Memorial Cemetery, at Bethlehem.
