GET CENT ON $10 IN BELATED SETTLEMENT

Two years after a public sale of all property of the Midland Pennsylvania Railroad Company, to settle the affairs of the defunct organization, it was found that there was a bank balance to its credit amounting to $779.  Counsel appeared in court today to get permission to distribute the money to creditors, who had claims of $793,000.  Each will receive about 1c for each $10 in claims. The corporation had been organized for the purpose of building a railroad from Millersburg to Ashland, which was never completed.
