Clue: This week’s photo shows a family with a dozen children. Do you know whose family it is and can you name all the children? The parents are deceased.
Answer: The Shaffer-Houtz 13 children were shown in last week’s photo along with their mother, the late Mrs. Jennie Shaffer Houtz. Mrs. Houtz was married first to John Shaffer, then to Jacob Houtz.
Those seated in the front are Gussie Houtz, deceased, and Inez Houtz, and standing in back of them is Bob Houtz.
The first row standing, left to right, are Mrs. Jennie [Shaffer] Houtz; Lloyd Houtz; Joe Houtz; Grace [Shaffer] Bixler; Margaret [Shaffer] Emmons.
