Magdalena [Fawber] Hoffner (1822-1909)

Mrs. Magdalena Hoffner, nee Fawber, died at her home near the Mountain House [Jackson Township], on Wednesday, June 23rd [1909] after an illness of several years. Her age was 86 years, 10 months and one day, having been born August 22, 1822. Two children, John Hoffner of Sacramento, and Ellen, Mrs. Charles E. Snyder of Lykens survive her. Interment was made at Hoffman’s Church [Lykens Township] on Saturday, June 26. Deceased was a member of St. Paul’s United Brethren Church of Dietrich.
