The location where the photo was taken is not known, but could possible be at her home in Specktown. The film was developed/printed at the Wingard Studio in Millersburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, as is noted by the magenta-colored circular stamp on the back.
The photo was found in an accumulation kept by Helen [Hoffman] Dietrich (1895-1977), Katie’s neighbor.
