Bullet Wound Proves Fatal For Coal Dealer
Funeral services for G. Frank Milleisen, Harrisburg coal dealer, who died in the Keystone Hospital that city, Saturday, from a bullet wound, were held on Tuesday. His wife, [the former] Miss Clara Musser, of Millersburg, is the only survivor.
According to H. E. Milliken, county coroner, Nevin Anderson, a Negro employee, said he found Milleisen on a chair of his office, October 1st, and that Milleisen told him he had accidentally shot himself in the chest.

Note: According to the death certificate, Milleisen died from a “bullet wound in left lung, probably accidentally discharging gun in own hand.”
