An undated portrait of Josiah Hoke (1830-1886). Josiah was the son of Jacob Hoke and Anna Margaret [Radel] Hoke. He married Sarah Ann Fegley (1841-1902), who was a daughter of Henry Fegley and Adaline Fegley.
Josiah was a laborer who lived much of his life in Mifflin Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. He is buried at St. John (Hill) Church Cemetery, Berrysburg, Dauphin County.
