Charles W. Noll
Mr. Noll is a native of Millersburg and one of its very progressive businessmen. He is a photographer of indisputable knowledge and character. A large number of the illustrations in this volume [Lykens-Williams Valley History] are his work and they all speak for themselves. He is a member of the Millersburg Gun Club, a lover of the great outdoors, and is connected with a number of local fraternities. He has constantly been a valuable assistance to all local and community enterprises.
