Shirley is the vice-president of our class. She is an active member of the Girls’ Chorus and of the Junior Red Cross. When Shirley is around the atmosphere is most gay. This is due to her broad smile and the jokes she has in store at all times. She can usually be seen with a chew of gum or some food provided by one of the boys. She is musically inclined and expresses this at the piano keyboard. This is her hobby, but eating is the essential element of her heart. We know that whatever field she may choose, success will be waiting for her.
