A 2010 photograph of the Gratz Fair Horse Race Recall Bell and Monument that was dedicated on 18 September 2005 as part of the events for the Gratz Bicentennial, Gratz, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The monument is located within the fair grounds and faces north. On the north side of the monument is a small plaza with benches.
