A photograph taken on the First Sunday in Advent, 2004, Simeon Lutheran Church, Gratz, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, at the occasion of the dedication of the Advent Paraments presented in memory of Kathryn Elizabeth [Dietrich] Gasbarro (1915-2003), who was baptized at Simeon’s on 16 May 1915) and her parents, William E. Dietrich (1896-1977) and Helen M. [Hoffman] Dietrich (1895-1977), who were married at Simeon’s and were lifelong members. The memorial gift was from Kathryn’s three sons, two of whom were also baptized at Simeon’s in the 1940s, by Rev. W. Z. Artz.
Shown in the photo standing in front of the blue altar parament are:
Norman Gasbarro Jr.; William E. Gasbarro; Rev. Janet Gasbarro, daughter-in-law; Michael Gasbarro, grandson; and James Gasbarro.
The blue parament with design is seen at the top.
