Harold E. Smith (1877-1953) – Retired Lykens Clothier

HAROLD E. SMITH

Harold Eugene Smith, age 75 years, died at his home in Lykens on Sunday.

Mr. Smith, a retired clothier, was a son of the late William Smith and Martha [Nutt] Smith of Lykens.  His wife, the former Miss Emily Grimm, preceded him in death.

He is survived by three sisters:  Mrs. Edith Thompson, Anna Smith, and Florence Smith, all of Lykens.

Services were hedl from the Reiff and Helt Funeral Home, Lykens, Wednesday afternoon.  Mr. A. T. Scarborough of Harrisburg, Reader of the Christian Science Society officiated, and interment was made in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Lykens.
