James C. Schadle

James C. Schadle, 64, of 400 Suedberg Road, Pine Grove, died Wednesday at home.
Born 4 July 1940, he was a son of the late Ray W. Schadle and Eva [Klinger] Schadle.
He was employed by Felty Trucking, Pine Grove, as a truck driver, until retiring.
Surviving are two sons, Lynn C. Schadle, Harrisburg, and Steven Schadle, Plano, Texas; a daughter, Becci F. Schrock, Harrisburg; three brothers, Russel Schadle, Gratz, Leon Schadle, Tower City, and Ray Schadle, Herndon; three sisters, Ellen Johnston, New Cumberland, Violet Williams, Sacramento, and Kay Matter, Lykens; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Simeon United Lutheran Church, Gratz. The Rev. Barry Ridge and the Rev. Daphne Messer Smith will officiate. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until time of services. Interment will be in Gratz Union Cemetery, Gratz. James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow, is in charge of arrangements.
