A photograph taken on July 28, 1916, at a baseball game between the manufacturers and merchants of Lykens, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, for the benefit of the Pastime Athletic Association. It was witnessed by hundreds of spectators and was said to be one of the most interesting of the season. The manufacturers won the game by the final score of 24 to 18.
The manufacturers included: Kniley; Wentzler; Nestor; Henery; Coble; Randall; Row; Sansom; W. Duncan; G. Duncan.
The merchants included: J. M. Miller; Reiff; Hoff; Parfet; Treon; Bowman; Uhler; Goldberger; Bogar; Boeckler.
Supposedly, all of the players are in the photo but are not specifically identified.
