A 1913 souvenir badge from the Lykens & Wiconisco Diamond Jubilee, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The badge features a picture mining car with men going into or coming out of a mine slope. The generic view was from a post card widely circulated in the Anthracite Region, usually with the name of the town where the card was sold. A colorized version of the card was also available as can be seen by the card that was sold in Shamokin, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania:
