An undated colorized post card view of the old high school building, Millersburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. This building is also known as the Center Street School.
According to information in the Millersburg Sesquicentennial Book, the building was built on Moore Street in 1875, for grades five through ten. When a two-year high school program was instituted in 1877, the eighth grade and high school programs were located on the first floor. After 1914, due to overcrowding, an addition was erected on the west side.
