Pictured above is the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter L. Warfel on State Street. This was the first new home in Millersburg using the very popular picture windows. It was also the firs home with Perma Stone facing and has “the Catskill Blend” which blends perfectly with the native stone used in the wall that is shown in front of the house. While his wife Pauline Warfel looks on, Walt can be seen with his bakery truck. Walt has been the local Manbeck Agent in Millersburg since 1927, serving the home folks with a full line of bakery products since that time.
