A photograph believed to have been taken in the early 20th century of Oscar Howard Phillips (1893-1966) and his brother Charles Ralph Phillips (1895-1976), sons of Charles Tobias Phillips (1860-1928) and Susan A. “Susie” [Troy] Phillips (1858-1955) of Specktown, Lykens Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The photo was taken outside a barn on the Phillips’ property.
