71-Year-Old Wiconisco Man Paroled
President Judge Hargest in the Dauphin County Court, Monday, paroled Isaac Dietrich, 71, of Wiconisco, after he served forty-three days of a three month prison sentence for the possession of liquor. On August 24 [1925], Dietrich pleaded guilty. State police said they found two quarts of home-made liquor in his home. Prison Physician Snyder recommended the release of the prisoner because of his poor physical health.

JAIL FOR LIQUOR LAW VIOLATIONS
Sixteen prohibition violators and intoxicated drivers were given jail sentences last Thursday in the Dauphin County Criminal Court. These persons were sentenced to pay fines aggregating $2700 and to serve jail sentences totaling two years.
Those sentences were convicted or had plead guilty during the September criminal court, which adjourned that afternoon.
Sentences were imposed on six men for operating automobiles while they were intoxicated. Ten prohibition violators were sentenced.
Those from this section sentenced for operation automobiles while intoxicated are:
Robert Shissler, $250 fine, thirty days in jail;
Harry Raker, of Tower City, $200 fine, three months imprisonment.
Sentences imposed for prohibition violations in this section:
Daniel Barley, Middle Paxton Township, manufacture and possession of liquor, $100 fine and thirty days’ imprisonment.
Stephen Yacynich, of Lykens, possession of liquor, $100 fine, thirty days’ imprisonment.
David Snyder, possession, $100 fine, twenty days’ imprisonment.
Tony Blacka, Williamstown, possession, $100 fine, ten days imprisonment.
Paul Molko, sale and possession, $300 fine, ten months’ imprisonment.
