Bottom Photo: Joan Kelley, Coal Township, stands on a tri-cycle at her grandfather’s Indian Motorcycle Shop, First and Water Streets, Shamokin. The cycle contains a miniature train engine like the ones operated by Joan’s father and grandfather at Edgewood Park. In the background sitting on the bench are Russell Milbrand and grandfather, Oliver Milbrand, who was an engineer for the Reading Railroad.
