Tower City School, 1894

A colorized photograph of the 1894, two-story, eight room brick school building erected on the south side of Grand Avenue, Tower City, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. It was used by all Tower City pupils until a separate high school was built in 1922.

The cost of construction of the 1894 building was $15,000.
