This undated photograph is identified only as “Will Hoover in College.” There are at least a dozen persons of the name Will Hoover of William Hoover who this could be. Help is needed in identifying the one in the photo as well as the place and date it was taken.

This is my grandfather, Reverend Wellington Monroe Hoover, son of Edmund Hoover. He was the husband of Alma Bingaman Hoover, and my father John E Hoover was their son. I have this photo and some of the other photos in our families archives. Andrew H Hoover
