Daniel F. Wise (1889-1949) – Veteran of World War I

DANIEL F. WISE

Daniel Franklin Wise, age 60, a miner and veteran of World War I, died at his home in Williamstown, Friday evening.

Mr. Wise was a member of the Lutheran Church, the Masonic Lodge, American legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mabel Wise; a brother, Elmer Wise; and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Reisig, and Mrs. George Sloan, all of Williamstown.

Services were held from the Ralph Funeral Home, Williamstown, Tuesday afternoon.

Rev. Elmer Drumm and Rev. Mr. Burkey officiated and interment was made in the Wiconisco Cemetery.  Military rites were in charge of the American Legion.
