Mr. Fennel is an expert painter and paper hanger and the interior decorations of some of the finest homes in this section are the work of his skill. Mr. Fennel is one of our progressive young business men, takes a deep interest in the affairs of the town, and has served as a school director from the East Ward [of Lykens].
