Hallowe’en Party
The pupils of the Gratz High School had a grand jubilee in the social room of the I. O. O. F. Hall on Friday evening. Music was furnished by the Hoffman Brothers String Quartette. Decorations were yellow and black. Plenty of refreshments consisting of cake, candy, ice-cream and lemonade.
Those present were Misses Sara Coleman, Ethel Koppenhaver, Vivian Phillips, Kathleen Rissinger, Elsie Schminky, Violet daniel, Anna Stewely, Iva Williard, Hilda Coleman, Effie Phillips, Kathleen Rissinger, Elsie Schminky, Violet Daniel, Anna Steely, Iva Williard, Hilda Coleman, Effie Phillips, Queen Reigle, Viola Davis, Mary Knohr, Carrie Shiro, Dorothy Smith, Orpha Stroup, Wayne Phillips, Robert Rothermal, Herbert Troxell, Harry Unger, Elwood Wiest, Marlin Klinger, Orvill Daniel, Leroy Reibert, Rufus Kebaugh, George Laudenslager, Grant Phillips, “Bud” Wise, Mark Reed, John Reigle, Samuel Reigle, and Blair Wiest. Other guests were: Charles Hoffman, John Hoffman, Clarence Hoffman, Lottie Hoffman, Alvin Williard, Mrs. Ralph Phillips, and Miss Swab, Miss Bogar, Miss Kast and Prof. Atland, faculty members.
