A photograph of students who were attending Halifax High School on December 13, 1911. Some of these students were graduates of the school in 1912 and others in the years following.
Only one student in the photo has been identified, Melvin Sheetz, who appears in the second row, fifth from left, or #15 in the key below.
Thus far, this is the earliest photo seen of the students of the Halifax High School. The earliest photo previously seen is of the graduates of 1919, which appeared in the history of the Halifax schools, published in 2014. See:
