A realty company for the Lykens Valley was granted a charter on 23 November 1911 in order to complement the Lykens Valley Board of Trade, the Lykens Valley Building & Loan Association, and the Midland Pennsylvania Railroad.

REALITY COMPANY CHARTERED
Development of Lykens Valley to Be Made by Philadelphia Men.
Prominent Philadelphia men, back of the Midland Pennsylvania Railroad which is developing the Lykens Valley, yesterday were granted a charter for the Lykens Valley Reality Company, of Philadelphia, where the offices will be located.
The capital stock is $5000, and the incorporators are Dimner Beeber, J. A. McKee, and George B. Wells.
