The Class of1959 of Wiconisco Township High School held their tenth year class reunion on July 26 [1969] at the Millersburg Moose.

A delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings was enjoyed by all who attended the affair.

After the dinner the president of the class, G. Dean Miller held a business meeting in which the following officers were elected:  G. Dean Miller, president; Carl Seip, vice president; Joyce [Umberger] Moyer, secretary; George Waters, treasurer.

The group sang “May You Always” and each classmate introduced their guests and gave a short resume of their lives in the past ten years.

The music for dancing was provided by “The Karltons.”

Those present were:

From Wiconisco, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kaster; Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Reed; Mr. George Waters; Mrs. Barbara [Klinger] Fromme; Mr. Earl Seip; Mrs. Patricia [Page] Boe; and Mr. and Mrs. G. Dean Miller.

From Lykens, Mr. and Mrs. John Cessna Jr. and Mr. Lewis G. Giuliani, honored guest.

Also attending were Mrs. Dorothy [Harmon] Kropp of Virginia Beach; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Moyer (Joyce Umberger), of Williamstown; Miss Helen K. Davis, of Troy; Mr. and Mrs. Steven Mihos (Virginia Hoover) of Jacksonville, Florida; Mr. and Mrs. James Husic (Betty Morgan) of Dillsburg; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Geist, of Millersburg; and Kimm B. Cooper of Hanover, accompanist for Earl Seip‘s solo “Those Were The Days.”

An enjoyable time was had by all.  We send a special thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Houtz of Lykens R. D. for their kindness shown to Helen K. Davis for her weekend visit.
